Postcode and access first.
Send the product reference, delivery postcode and any access notes: stairs, lifts, narrow turns, parking, room-of-choice needs or preferred timing. Larger items may need a specific quote.
Delivery & returns
Rustic furniture, mirrors and storage pieces can be awkward to ship. This site is enquiry-led so postcode, access, handling and returns details are checked before any payment step.
1
Send the product reference, delivery postcode and any access notes: stairs, lifts, narrow turns, parking, room-of-choice needs or preferred timing. Larger items may need a specific quote.
2
Current stock, latest item price, lead time and delivery handling are confirmed in writing. The website does not take card payments or create an automatic order by itself.
3
Your statutory rights are not limited, but bulky furniture returns can depend on supplier handling, courier requirements, packaging and whether the item is made-to-order or stocked.
4
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, photos of the packaging and the item should be supplied as soon as possible so any courier or supplier claim window is not missed.
Availability, current price, delivery postcode, approximate weight, item dimensions, access assumptions, likely lead time and any special handling notes are checked before an order is agreed.
Remote areas, islands, Northern Ireland, two-person handling, long tables, glass/mirror pieces and restricted-access addresses can require a separate delivery quote. If a delivery surcharge applies, it should be stated before payment.
Any final quote should explain the returns and cancellation position for the specific item. Keep original packaging until the item is checked, especially for mirrors, lamps, glass and heavier furniture.
If you are unsure about fit, delivery or returns, send the product reference before ordering: ask about delivery and returns.
