The ordered products will be delivered to the Customer by the Deliverer, or personally to the address indicated on the order form or by e-mail. We can deliver our products free of charge within the UK. Due to the lockdown, waiting times are currently 5-8 weeks.
Rustic Furniture delivery services
We offer two furniture delivery services: Standard Delivery and Extended Delivery.
Some items offer a choice of either Standard or Extended delivery. Standard delivery will be delivered to your room of choice. Items delivered with Extended Delivery, will be assembled by the delivery team.
Our drivers will delivery to your room of choice on the ground floor, first floor or lower floor. Room of choice deliveries can be made to higher floors if there is a lift suitable for the item.
Rustic Furniture Delivery Times
We aim to give an accurate estimate of these lead times on each product page. In the rare occurrence, there will be a delay to your order, we will aim to inform you within 48 hours of order. Please note due to the lockdown, waiting times are currently 5-8 weeks.

We offer a free delivery service to most mainland UK destinations (*excluding Scottish Highland postcodes).
*additional delivery charges for furniture apply on certain products being delivered to the following postcodes: AB, IV, PH, PA, DD, KW.
