In this case, you should report the damage to the courier so that he can draw up a damage report. We suggest that you check the goods immediately, in front of the courier. Yes, you can collect your order in person at one of our outlets. To use this option, select the “Personal collection” delivery method available in the shopping basket.

Returns
Yes, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods without giving any reason (this right is granted to consumers and natural persons concluding a contract directly related to their business activity when the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them).
